1. Introduction

Welcome to MG Education Consultancy (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines for using our website (www.matrixgenius.lk) and engaging with our services, which include education consulting, student visa assistance, and immigration support. By using our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our services.

MG Education Consultancy is registered under Matrix Genius (PVT) LTD, Registration No: PV 00297066.

2. Complimentary Services

MG Education Consultancy provides several services free of charge to students who register with us. These complimentary offerings include:

  • Guidance for student visa applications

  • Assistance in choosing study abroad destinations

  • University admission support

  • Handling of documents

  • Program selection advice

  • Visa documentation guidance

  • Pre-arrival instructions

We do not charge any fees for admissions counselling. All registered students receive these services without cost.

3. Paid Services

While our core services are free, certain visa processing and related services require payment. Charges will be communicated before the commencement of services.

Payments must:

  • Be made via an official MG Education Consultancy invoice

  • Be deposited directly into the Matrix Genius (PVT) LTD bank account listed in the invoice

  • Not be paid in cash to any third party or individual outside our official company framework

MG Education Consultancy does not authorize any payment outside these terms. Payments made to unauthorized persons or entities will not be recognized by us, and MG will not be responsible for such transactions.

4. University Fee Payments

All university fees must be paid directly to the respective institution. MG Education Consultancy only provides guidance for admissions and does not collect any fees on behalf of universities.

Any person or entity collecting admission-related fees outside our official channels is not authorized by MG Education Consultancy. Students should exercise caution and ensure payments are made directly to official university accounts.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful documentation. Any attempt to submit false or forged documents will result in termination of services. MG Education Consultancy will not be liable for visa refusals arising from fraudulent information. We do not promote the creation or use of fake documents.

  • Present genuine proof of funds in their personal accounts when applying for visas. We do not support or endorse third-party funds for visa applications and will not be responsible for any negative effects this may cause.

  • Submit all documents by deadlines. Late submissions may delay university admission or visa processes. Universities and authorities reserve the right to act on late submissions. MG Education Consultancy will not be liable for such delays.

  • Avoid promoting third-party services within MG premises. Reports of unauthorized promotions should be sent to 📧 manusha.anjaana@gmail.com

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in termination of services without refund.

6. Payment Terms

All fees for services outside our complimentary package must be paid in full before service delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing. Refunds will be provided according to applicable laws and at MG Education Consultancy’s discretion.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the storage and use of your information. MG Education Consultancy adheres to the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 (Sri Lanka) and relevant international standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

MG Education Consultancy acts solely as an intermediary between clients and institutions, immigration authorities, or service providers. We are not liable for any outcomes, delays, or decisions made by third parties.

MG Education Consultancy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of opportunity or reputation.

9. Service Termination

MG Education Consultancy reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • False or misleading information is provided

  • Payment terms are not fulfilled

  • Clients fail to meet deadlines

Termination does not automatically entitle a refund. Clients will be notified in writing of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Sri Lankan law. Any disputes will be addressed under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms. Updates will be published on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
