Our services are provided without consultation fees; however, universities, embassies, immigration authorities, medical centres, English testing organisations, and other third parties may charge fees that remain the responsibility of the student.
3. Student Application Process
To maintain the quality and integrity of our services, all students are required to follow our standard application process.
Step 1 – Initial Consultation
Students must attend either:
- An online Zoom consultation; or
- A physical consultation at our office.
This consultation allows our counsellors to assess the student’s eligibility before any application begins.
Step 2 – Eligibility Assessment
Students must submit all requested documents, including academic, identification, and financial documents.
Eligibility assessments are based on:
- Academic qualifications
- English language requirements
- Immigration requirements

- Genuine student profile
Step 3 – Financial Verification
Before proceeding, MG Education Consultancy will assess whether the student has sufficient financial capacity to meet tuition fees, living expenses, visa requirements, and other applicable costs.
Applications will only proceed once our counsellors are satisfied that the student meets the required eligibility and financial standards.
Step 4 – University Application
Once approved:

- Students must pay any university application fees where applicable.
- Universities will assess the application independently.
Step 5 – Visa Process
After receiving an offer letter and meeting all conditions, our team will assist with preparing visa documentation and guide the student through the visa application process.
Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant immigration authority. MG Education Consultancy cannot guarantee the approval of any visa or university application.
4. Eligibility and Acceptance
MG Education Consultancy reserves the right to accept, defer, or decline any application based on:

As our consultation services are provided free of charge, we reserve the right to determine which applications we undertake.

Certain internal procedures, partner agreements, operational methods, assessment criteria, recruitment strategies, commercial information, and confidential business information are proprietary and will not be disclosed upon request.
